I've used loofah pads to hold my teapots for the last five years now, and for the last three years, have used pads from the very source I'm offering these pads up from today. These pads are stitched to hold them together and I get around six months use from each before they get a little too dark! Traditionally used with clay teapots for Chaozhou gongfu (with high roast oolongs), these pads protect your pot from harder surfaces and also keep the base of your pot warmer when water is poured over your teapot in a tea boat.

Please note these pads start off relatively flat, but they get much fluffier once you use them for a few days (the loofahs soak up water).
