This is a Green Label shuiping made exclusively for a Hong Kong dealer for local sale here in Hong Kong. These pots were made with a very nice sandy zini clay and are very well suited to HK-style high roast oolongs, but they also perform very well with humid-stored pu erh and shou (but I prefer something a bit more muting for HK traditional storage). I've used a teapot a lot like this one for high roast oolongs for almost eight years now.
This pot was made to much higher standards than the Green Labels exported to other places and the lid fit is excellent. This pot has a rapid 15-second pour and the airhole in the lid knob can stop the pour instantly, which is not something most Green Label pots can do! This pot has a spout sans filter, but I can provide a Taiwanese-style stainless steel filter on request.
